Motion Motion is the biggest motion design festival in France, free for all visitors.
Its main goals are to make local people discover motion design, and create a meeting point for motion designers all around the country.
This event takes place in Nantes, more precisely in "Les nefs", an old industrial complex, converted into an open area.
With conference rooms & a club for concerts

We kept the original logo, but updated everything else.
We chose complementary gradients to illustrate the animation, as well as the different types of events that take place during the festival.
The rest of the visual identity was also designed with the place in mind.

Our pass design takes the “creativity takes over” concept even further.
Since the target for this festival are kids, art students and designers, the pass will be given blank. To be personalized by them.
Drawing tables with pencils from our sponsors will be available.

Motion Motion is a 3-day-long event, taking place in multiple places at once.
So a clear program and map design is a must.

The program is also a poster on the back !

We had a lot of fun designing merch and objects that include creative software references.
But that can also be personalized with stickers that will be given to all visitors.

The 3 keyframe icons along with the festival's logo are the base for all clothing items.Metal pins were the logical choice to fit in the DIY aspect of the merch.

Of course, we also designed promotion material to display all over the city.
We also imagined a Procreate / Figma like website, so people can express their creativity in a collaborative manner, even online.

No AI and no mockups were used in this project, we crafted as much material as possible !
